By accessing and using the site you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

The site presents properties offered by the agency for sale and for rent, the agency's services (brokerage, property management, assistance for diplomats and foreign nationals, consulting), and lets you send enquiries and viewing requests.

The published listings are for information only and do not constitute a public offer within the meaning of the law. Prices, areas and other parameters are subject to confirmation by an agency broker.

The mortgage calculator on property pages produces indicative estimates only and does not constitute financial or credit advice; final loan terms are set by the respective bank.

3. Use of content

The content of the site — texts, photographs, videos, logo and layout — is the property of UNLIMITED Luxury Estates or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or distribution without prior written consent is prohibited.

4. User rights and obligations

Users of the site undertake:

5. Favourites and Compare features

The Favourites and Compare lists are stored only locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us. Clearing your browser data deletes these lists.
