What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember settings and preferences between visits. A related technology is local storage (localStorage), where the data stays only in your browser.
What does this site use?
- First-party cookies: the site sets no cookies of its own for browsing the content — you can use it without an account and without tracking on our side.
- Local storage (functional): your Favourites and Compare lists are saved in your browser's localStorage. This data never leaves your device and is not sent to us; it is deleted when you clear your browser data.
- Analytics/marketing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel): used only if activated by the site operator. None are active at the moment; if enabled, we will update this policy.
Third-party cookies
The interactive maps are loaded from Google Maps, which may set its own cookies and process your IP address. Embedded videos play via YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) — YouTube may set cookies only after you start a video. Virtual tours (360°) load from the respective provider's platform, which may use its own cookies.
How to manage them?
You can delete or block cookies and local storage from your browser settings at any time. Note that clearing local storage removes your saved Favourites and Compare lists, and blocking third-party content may prevent maps and videos from loading.
